Get an Instant EstimatePlan a VoIP setup before choosing equipment
A VoIP project needs more than a line count. Include the people answering calls, the handsets or software they use, and how incoming calls should reach each team. AIM reviews these requirements alongside your connectivity and existing phone service. Use the estimator below to start the conversation, then confirm equipment, installation work, recurring charges, and number-transfer requirements in a project quote.

What AIM does
We assess your current setup, design the new system, port your numbers, pull cable if needed, install the phones, and train your staff. When something goes wrong you call us, not a 1-800 number.

Questions about VoIP estimates and installation
Is the online estimate a final quote?
The estimate reflects the selections entered into the tool. Your actual project also depends on site conditions, existing equipment, required wiring, and provider arrangements. Those details need to be reviewed before the installation scope and charges are confirmed.
Should we choose desk phones or softphones?
Consider where staff work, the devices they already use, and how they answer calls. Reception may need different equipment from a remote employee. Compatibility and licences depend on the selected platform; a mix can be assessed as part of the setup.
What should be ready before the changeover?
Review connectivity, equipment, extensions, and the planned call flow before setting the changeover date. If numbers are being transferred, provider eligibility and timing must also be confirmed. Discuss any expected interruption and who will check calls after the change.
